How I can help

Counselling begins the journey of exploring and challenging how well you understand yourself and others around you.

It will give you the opportunity to examine the way you respond to people, how others respond to you, and empower you with the confidence to accept or change things in your life.

Life isn’t easy

Life will bring challenges and obstacles that keep us from living the lives we want.

  • Do you want to stop an unwanted behaviour or addiction (e.g. alcohol, drugs, substance misuse, food, sex, shopping)?
  • Do you suffer from depression or anxiety?
  • Are you experiencing issues with a partner that is keeping your relationship stuck?
  • Are you having a hard time parenting your teenager or getting along as a family?
  • Have you lost someone close to you?
  • Are you living with chronic pain or debilitating ailments?
  • Are you looking for a deeper purpose and meaning to your life?

Sometimes we get to these stuck points and don’t know where to turn. We’ve used up all the coping strategies we know, and we are now exhausted!

Psychotherapy and counselling can help you to break through barriers and transform your life and relationships.

You will find a safe space to be heard and understood, and to explore new ways of thinking and behaving that will transform your life.
